Problem : Guhring India is a manufacturer of drilling tools. They had a small client-server system that was used for their sales and order application. The system could not accomodate Guhring's growth. They needed a custom ERP system to be built in phases.
Solution : Varista was called in to solve the problem. We analyzed the requirements, prioritised the phases to be delivered. Over two years the system was built to the exacting needs of the client. The solution encompassed all areas of the business.
We created a complete custom built enterprise solution for Guhring India. This solution is a combination of ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence systems rolled into one.
The beauty of this system lies in two distinct advantages. One is that this system is a web application in the true sense. This means that the system can be accessed from anywhere (of course through a secure channel) and according to user roles. Second is that of a phased roll out. We did frequent releases of the modules as prioritized. This led to an universal adoption of an enterprise scale system by all people concerned in the business. Without any effort on training users to work with the system.
